The Stratos Group is a property tax consulting company formed in 1998. The company primarily works real and personal property in Colorado, Nevada, California, Nebraska and Iowa.
The company was founded by Stan Wagner who has in excess of 35 years experience in the property tax and appraisal business. The company will work all commercial/industrial properties and does both real and personal property. The emphasis is on detailed analysis and logical supported positions that result in the lowest possible assessment for all clients.
